Chrysler: New Models on the Way!

2025-06-16

There was a time when Chrysler offered vehicles that were all more daring than the last. Just think of the Crossfire. Today, the American automaker's lineup is down to just two minivans — a far cry from its former glory, to say the least. Still, there is hope, especially since the change in leadership at Stellantis.

According to several sources, the Chrysler division is expected to launch not one or two, but three new models by 2026. The brand has been working on several concept vehicles over the past few months, and some of them might just make it to dealerships.

A New Minivan

It’s unclear whether the Pacifica is nearing retirement, but all signs point to it being replaced by a new hybrid minivan. After all, the brand is highly regarded in this segment, and not offering a fresh model could be a serious misstep for Chrysler. That said, the brand could also retain the Pacifica name while launching a new generation. It’s even possible that this next iteration will include a fully electric powertrain.

The second most prominent rumor involves the arrival of a new SUV in the Chrysler lineup — something fans of the brand are certainly eager to see. While we don’t yet know what size this SUV will be, most expect a mid-size or full-size model. There’s been a lot of talk about a vehicle inspired by the Halcyon concept.

Finally, there’s also speculation about a fully electric car joining the lineup. This has been in discussion for quite some time now, but nothing concrete has been announced yet. As for the format, it could be a traditional sedan or an SUV — we simply don’t know at this point.

100 Years Already

Believe it or not, Chrysler is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. It’s the perfect time for the brand to undergo a bit of a renaissance.

While we do expect to see new gasoline-powered models joining the Chrysler range over the next year, the brand still aims to offer a fully electrified lineup by 2028. Finally, as you know, Stellantis has been shifting its vision in recent weeks, which means Chrysler may also revise its medium-term goals.
